After years of walking alongside neurodivergent children and their families, we began to see a consistent pattern:

Children were learning skills in quiet, 1:1 therapy rooms… but the world in which they have to use those skills is anything but quiet.

Classrooms are dynamic.
Peers are unpredictable.
Transitions shift quickly.
Group expectations move fast.

And many children were doing their best to navigate all of it with nervous systems that needed more support.

Maybe your child is like so many others that we saw…

  • Struggling to follow group instruction

  • Becoming impulsive when overwhelmed

  • Finding transitions especially difficult

  • Having trouble sustaining attention in whole-group settings

  • Becoming stuck in rigid patterns of thinking

  • Experiencing big reactions to peer or environmental unpredictability

  • Having difficulty staying regulated within shared space

These are not signs of defiance.
They’re signs of a nervous system working hard to feel safe.

They don’t need more correction or compliance.

What your child needs is intentional practice in relationship and in shifting, dynamic environments.

That’s why we created the Collective

a bridge between therapy and the real world

The Collective is a place where children can practice the very skills that feel hardest, within a setting designed for safety, scaffolding, and gentle challenge.

Here, peer unpredictability – if overwhelming – is guided.
Environmental shifts – if chaotic – are supported.
Flexibility is not expected, it is practiced.

The Collective is not simply a group. It is a regulated relational container.
A space where skills move from being practiced to being lived.

Where children build:

  • Autonomic flexibility

  • Social confidence

  • Communication in real time

  • Tolerance for transitions

  • Flexible thinking

  • Sustained engagement in shared experiences

  • The ability to stay connected even when things shift

Here’s How The Collective Works

  • WHAT IT IS

A 90-minute social pod to practice skills within a setting designed for safety and gentle challenge.

  • WHEN IT IS

    Tuesdays – Thursdays
    3:30 – 6:00 PM

  • WHO’S INSIDE

Each group consists of 3-6 children, a lead SLP, an assistant therapist, and an occupational therapist.

  • FOR THE PARENTS

Supporting parents in regulating their nervous systems through breathwork, connection, and community.

Benefits for Your Child

Over time, many children experience:

  • Increased emotional flexibility

  • Improved parent child connection

  • Improved motivation and success in school

  • Greater attention and engagement in shared tasks

  • Improved tolerance for challenge

  • Increased ability to participate in non-preferred activities

  • Stronger peer awareness and empathy

  • Improved self-regulation within group settings

  • Greater communication in real time

  • More confidence navigating transitions

As regulation strengthens, children often become more communicative, more engaged, and more available for learning.

Benefits for You as a Parent

Parents begin to develop:

  • A deeper understanding of their child’s nervous system

  • Clarity around what signals felt safety and what triggers stress

  • Insight into how sensory input, transitions, and unpredictability impact regulation

  • Greater confidence supporting regulation at home and in school

  • Advocacy grounded in knowledge and embodiment rather than fear

Most importantly, parents begin to understand themselves.

Benefits for Families as a Whole

Families begin to develop:

  • A deeper awareness of their own nervous system states

  • Greater attunement to what their own body needs

  • Insight into what activates their stress response

  • Understanding of how their regulation impacts their child’s regulation

  • Increased capacity to co-regulate with intention rather than urgency

  • More grace for themselves in hard moments

Experience Family-wide Change

When parents understand their own patterns of safety and stress, they shift from managing behavior to shaping environment.

And when a parent’s nervous system becomes more regulated, the entire family system stabilizes.

Growth happens in relationship.
And safety makes growth possible.

Join the Collective

Our priority is to create a cohesive and supportive group dynamic to ensure that each child is paired with peers they can grow alongside successfully. Because of this, enrollment is thoughtful and intentional, based on shared alignment and careful consideration of pod composition. Applying below does not guarantee a spot for your child.
