  • Aural Rehabilitation Services

    Individualized auditory rehabilitation therapy for children with hearing devices, designed to strengthen listening, comprehension, and spoken communication skills. Sessions focus on helping children make meaningful connections between what they hear and how they engage with the world around them, supporting greater confidence in academic, social, and everyday environments. Therapy is personalized to each child’s goals and developmental profile, with collaboration to ensure carryover beyond sessions.

  • The Collective

    The Collective supports children in generalizing their 1:1 communication goals within a structured, play-based small group, creating space to build friendships, practice self-advocacy, and engage in meaningful social interaction.

  • Meals Shared: Supportive Group Feeding Therapy

    An 8-week intensive designed for children ages 5–9 to build confidence, curiosity, and positive experiences around food in a safe, peer-supported setting. Through shared meals and guided exploration, children gently expand their comfort while strengthening connection at the table. Families are included through simple home support and collaborative touchpoints to help carry the experience beyond group time.

  • The Rhythm Room: Music Therapy

    Our music program offers a safe, engaging, and creatively rich space where children build confidence, communication, fine motor coordination, and social engagement through shared musical experiences. Guided by an occupational therapist, sessions weave movement, instrumentation, and collaborative performance to promote expressive growth while supporting the body’s natural capacity for co-regulation. Children are invited to explore music in ways that feel empowering, relational, and developmentally aligned.

  • Building Bonds Summer Intensive

    Building Bonds is a summer intensive offering three mornings per week of integrated therapeutic support in a small, relational setting for children ages 2-10. Through guided peer interaction and collaborative OT, speech, music, feeding, and social-emotional therapy, children build regulation, communication, and confidence in ways that feel natural and safe creating a consistent summer routine.

  • The Bridge: OT Transitional Program

    Our OT-led transitional program supports older children in building practical life skills, executive functioning, and independence needed to confidently navigate real-world environments. Sessions focus on hands-on experiences within the community, such as ordering at restaurants, participating in community service, attending social outings or events, shopping, and preparing for more responsibility. Through guided practice and supportive coaching, these children strengthen problem-solving, flexibility, communication, and daily living skills in the environments where they will actually use them.

  • Casey's Support Containers

    Casey offers a series of relational, nervous-system-informed support containers for families navigating neurodivergence. These offerings provide space for parents to slow down, deepen their understanding of their child’s nervous system, and explore practical ways to support regulation, connection, and learning within the environments that matter most. Options range from community-based learning to individualized guidance and intensive collaborative support.

  • The Pulse & Pause

    Pulse and Pause is a parent wellness program within the SOTB Collective designed to support the nervous systems of the adults raising and guiding our children. Through breath-based vagal toning classes, polyvagal-inspired connection workshops, and community gatherings, parents are given space to reset, learn, and connect. Because when caregivers feel supported and regulated, children do too.
